The 2022 Global Award for Entrepreneurship Research goes to Saras D. Sarasvathy, Professor Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. Sarasvathy is awarded for her pathbreaking research on entrepreneurial decision-making and the entrepreneurial process. The Global Award is the foremost international award in entrepreneurship research with a prize sum of € 100,000.
Swedish Entrepreneurship Forum is one of three organizations behind the most prestigious international research prize for research on entrepreneurship, the Global Award for Entrepreneurship Research. This Prize is awarded annually and it consists of the statuette “The Hand of God”, created by Swedish Sculptor Carl Milles, and a Prize sum of 100,000 euros.
Since 2003 Swedish Entrepreneurship Forum have awarded young promising researchers the Young Researcher Award. The Prize, sponsored by private equity investment firm Triton Advisers (Sweden) AB, is awarded annually and consists of 150 000 SEK.
